Where do I find the menu?

Click on "Online-ordering" to see the menu items.

If I order now when will it be ready?

Orders are taken until midnight and are cooked the following day and will be ready to pick up between 3:30 - 6:30pm or you can choose to order in advance.

If I cannot make it between those hours can I pick up another time?

Yes.  The shopfront and cafe are open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00am - 6:30 pm and Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am-8pm.

Is everything Gluten Free?

Yes, we pride ourselves on not keeping or storing any gluten products in our kitchen/cafe therefore, there is NO risk of cross-contamination.   We are safe for those allergic.

Where can I find the calories and macros for the meals?

The macros are listed on some of the meals. If they aren't, a mini size is between 150-200 calories, small is 250-300 calories and the regular is 350-400 calories with all of them being low-carb and high protein.

Can the meals be frozen?

Yes, but we suggest having them vacuum-sealed as the containers aren't suited for the freezer.

 

Will the meals last 7 days if I purchase a meal plan?

We suggest picking up your meal plan in 2 lots, 4 days worth then 3 days worth or visa versa.  We can also vacuum seal for longevity (except salads).
