As a professional chef, turned personal trainer and nutritionist, I understand the importance of eating high-protein, nutrient-dense, low-carb meals. I have re-designed family favourite recipes and everyday meals into weight-friendly ones. I use a balance of complex carbohydrates and complete proteins to fuel and also speed up your metabolism.
I understand and work with all health conditions including but not limited to PCOS, Diabetes, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, celiacs, allergies, menopause, Crohn's, IBS and gastric sleeve/surgery.

I have been helping people lose weight and/or get healthy with my recipes and nutrition plans and nutrition seminars since 2015.
I have had the awesome experience of writing well over 1100 nutrition plans for the women who have signed up for my all-in-one program in the gym.
Not only have I written the nutrition plans but I have had constant contact with my clients each week, enabling me to adjust any part of their plan immediately. I feel privileged to have been so involved with my clients' lifestyle changes as they have enabled me to learn about so many different issues we have and find ways to heal through food and nutrition.
I have totally evolved my nutrition plans since 2015. Back then I was writing sports nutrition plans full of brown rice, chicken and broccoli, whereas now I understand that the average person and especially overweight people do NOT need the amount of carbs used in sports nutrition, instead nutrient-dense balanced meals and the correct portions for the individual metabolism.
We need to get back to basics and that's what I do.
